Lucky

Today I feel pretty darn lucky. Sometimes we just have those days. Days that we REALIZE how lucky we are. Or even more, how blessed we are. It isn't just luck is it?

Things that are floating around in my head:

I go to an amazing university. I'm surrounded by such GOOD people. Even though most of them are super competitive and all, they are good people and they are very kind. My teacher today muted the first few minutes of a clip because it had a swear word in it. We all kind of giggled. But I love that!

I love what I study. Now that I am only in major classes I'm realizing how much I love school. Today in my athletic training class we learned about the force/length curve and the force/velocity curve relating to skeletal muscle. Sounds like non-sense. But I loved it. I love the human body.

All of my family lives nearby. Last night Jordan and I went over to my parents house to get a few things done. We ended up talking with my parents for a few hours. My dad told us some stories and we laughed and laughed. I'm so lucky to be able to see them whenever I want.

We have two cars. Jordan and I did months and months with only one car. Having two cars saves us so much time and money. I do really miss driving with him everywhere though.

We live in a cute house. Although it was so so gross when we first moved in, it really is turning into home. It's clean, warm, and has Jordan in it. I really love being home.

My new family is wonderful. And wonderful is an understatement. Heather and Ashleigh are so cute, friendly, and kind to everyone. They are such inspiring mothers to me and I look up to them so much. Chase is such a hoot and he and I clicked from the moment we met. Jordan's mom and dad have loved me like I am their own child. I feel so comfortable around them. I think I was always supposed to be a part of his family.

Jordan and I both have awesome jobs. He's able to pull of working full time while going to school. I only work part time but look forward to it everyday. It is such a good break from school. And the people I work with are so funny and fun-loving.

And not to mention I'm married to Jordan McKee. No one quite understands me like that boy does. He just gets me. And that's why he continues to tickle me even though I tell him how much I hate it.

Life is good. So today I am going to forget all that is wrong, and just enjoy. :)
