"Taco Tuesday". You can buy 3 hard shell tacos for $1.00 at Del Taco on Tuesday's.

So, Jordan decided it needed to become a family tradition.

I easily obliged.

A Weekend of Bliss

This weekend was one of the funnest weekends I can remember! Jordan's parents drove up from California to visit. I can't even explain how much fun we had.

We ate at all sorts of yummy places, went to Comedy Sportz and laughed our guts out, visited City Creek and smelled all of Anthropologies amazing candles, went to an Asian Market, ate Greek for the first time, went up to the cabin, went snowmobiling, made homemade chinese dumplings and thai sticky rice with mangos, played bohnanza every free second we had, talked, and just ENJOYED our time with each other.

We don't get to see those two very often and so it was special. When they left Jordan and I just cried.

I'm sure we'll make up a good excuse to see them soon. :)

We should have been better about snapping pictures, but we were having way to much fun to worry about cameras.

Be My Valentine?

This year I wanted to make Valentine's day last a little longer. So I dipped into my creative side a little bit.

But I can't take all the credit.

This bouncy ball is the most bouncy ball I have ever played with.

Anyone that has been in my house since I bought this for Jord knows how obsessed I am with this game after the Gilberts introduced it to us. This present was probably more for me than for him. :)

Jordy completely surprised me and made homemade dinner on Valentine's Day. It was so so yummy. It's kind of sad that he can cook better than me... but it's kind of the best thing ever too.

After dinner Jord gave me the loveliest watch in the entire world! I have been wanting a rose gold watch for so long now and I guess he must have caught on.

Man, that boy knows how to shop. I'm obsessed with it. And him.

Happy first Valentine's Day as my FOREVER! :)

Spoiled

Jordan keeps outdoing himself every holiday. I always brace myself for Christmas, my birthday, Valentines Day, etc. to not be quite as good as last year. But somehow it is always BETTER than the previous year. Of course, we've only been doing this just over a year. But still, it's impressive.

My birthday was the best. :)

Instead of getting spoiled one day, Jord had gifts for me everyday of the week! Starting on Sunday.

Boots I have been wanting for a long time, towels that match our bathroom perfectly, an exercise mat, pancake mix (I have really been wanting some but keep forgetting to buy it), money to spend at J. Crew, a wok and steamer (for pot stickers of course), a rug for the family room, and Oregon Trail-- I was born in the 90's.

Best birthday I've had yet. I felt like an absolute princess all week. Plus-- I love opening gifts every. single. day.

So, I'm 21. :)
